We inform you that the general conditions of sale, set out below, indicate, in compliance with current consumer protection regulations, the conditions and methods with which to proceed with the online purchase on the site www.lastilograficamilano.it of the products of your interest in a safe, easy and convenient way. Therefore we invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with the purchase.
I. SUBJECT MATTER
These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by La Stilografica s.r.l., with registered office in C.so Buenos Aires 53, Milan (MI), Tax Code and VAT 10971340152, through the website www.lastilograficamilano.it to consumer users and users acting for purposes related to business activity.
These general conditions are effective from the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code.
The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by reporting them on the site.
Any contractual or non-contractual liability on the part of the company for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.
II. PURCHASE METHODS
The purchase of products takes place through access to the site and the relative registration. For each of the products is available on the site a description containing the main characteristics of the same. All purchase support information is intended as simple generic information material.
It is understood that the image accompanying the description of the product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by lastilograficamilano.it through an automatic response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will include an "order number", to be used in the case of any communication with the company. The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
If the products are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order confirmation, we will inform you, promptly and in any case within 48 working hours starting from the day following that on which you have sent your order, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the data necessary for payment by credit card by bank transfer, La stilografica s.r.l. will release the sum blocked to reimburse the amount advanced.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will also receive a second e-mail containing the bank details to make the payment correctly.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, lastilograficamilano.it guarantees timely communication to the customer.
Stilografica s.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, as a result of market changes or typographical errors. Although La Stilografica s.r.l. tries to ensure that all prices on the site are accurate, errors may occur. The displayed price is not binding if a wrong price has been posted by mistake. Since the time of shipment, in case of error, the quotation can also be non-binding, the order can be canceled or partially processed without the evasion of the product with the wrong price.
In the event of a price, description or characteristic error, the customer can be contacted and notified of the problem. If the user detects an error in the price of a product he has ordered, he will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the option to reconfirm the order with the correct price or cancel it at no cost. If it is impossible to contact the user, the order will be canceled and if you have already made the payment for the products you will receive a refund. Stilografica s.r.l. is not obliged to supply the product at a (lower) wrong price (even after sending the Confirmation or provided Online Invoice) if the price error was obvious and unequivocal and the user could reasonably recognize it as the wrong price. Stilografica s.r.l. also reserves the right not to accept orders with cash on delivery for limited, numbered or discontinued products.
III. PAYMENT METHODS
All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT.
Prices may change without notice and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, La Stilografica s.r.l. reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order must be considered canceled.
In cases of purchase of goods with "credit card" payment method, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods delivered, even partially, will actually be charged to the customer's credit card only upon delivery of the ordered material to the courier.
In cases of purchase of goods with payment method "bank transfer" the goods will be processed only upon actual receipt of the same.
The reason for the transfer must include the order number that will be communicated to you by e-mail. The bank transfer will be considered valid if made within 5 working days of receipt of the second e-mail. Within 2/5 working days from execution, La Stilografica s.r.l. will verify the accreditation and ship the goods, except for unforeseen events for which timely communication will be given by telephone and / or e-mail.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order shall prevail. The invoice must be explicitly requested during the act of purchase if the purchase is made by private individuals. The invoice is issued automatically if the purchase is made as a VAT number.
It is not possible to issue an invoice at a later date if the private customer has not requested it at the same time as the purchase. Any VAT exemption/recovery that can be applied to specific subjects is to be requested at the same time as the purchase.
Stilografica s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the transfer. In the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order, La Stilografica s.r.l. He will contact you to agree on how to proceed with the order fulfillment.
Customers are advised to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt, as proof of payment.

The goods are sent only after receipt of the credit.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by La Stilografica s.r.l, the cancellation of the same and the release of the amount committed will be carried out (the release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction has been cancelled, La Stilografica s.r.l cannot be held responsible for any damages deriving from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.
N.B. Orders for engraved pens cannot be replaced or cancelled, and it is also not possible to purchase cash on delivery.
Our website accepts payments made with major credit and prepaid cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard.

IV. DELIVERY METHODS
Stilografica s.r.l can accept orders with delivery both in Italy and abroad.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are indicated when placing the order.
No responsibility can be attributed to La Stilografica s.r.l in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered;
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch of the indications, must be immediately reported to the courier by affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE, on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
In case of non-arrival of the goods due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order, the costs of storage at the courier's warehouses will be considered charged to the customer.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer and La Stilografica s.r.l is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
Unless otherwise stated, Italian law on the subject applies.
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the customer is a consumer, ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a VAT number in the order, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of reference of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of the company's registered office (La Stilografica s.r.l)

SUBJECT: information and request for consent pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles. 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.6.2003, concerning the protection of the processing of personal data.
La Stilografica s.r.l. informs you pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 which:

4. the processing will take place with manual and automated systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing, on the basis of the data in our possession and with a commitment on your part to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and / or updates;
5. excluding communications and dissemination made in execution of legal and contractual obligations, the data provided to the writer will be used only for legal obligations;
6. the nature of the provision is to be considered strictly necessary in relation to the purpose of the

7. any refusal will make it impossible to correctly fulfill contractual and legal obligations, compromising the continuation of the relationship established between the parties;

- be informed about the owner, the purposes and methods of processing and any
responsible, on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated;
